The screening process includes employment/income verification, credit and eviction history, and criminal background check.  Please expect 3-10 business days to complete the screening process. There is a non-refundable application fee of $30.

Please keep the following rental criteria before applying:

1.  A monthly gross income of at least 2 1/2 times the monthly cost of the unit;

2.  No criminal convictions relating to drug-related or violent crimes or sexual offenses;

3.  No civil judgments, evictions or bankruptcies within the last five years; and

4.  A credit history that reflects a willingness to pay creditors on time.

Due to size limitations, occupancy is limited to 2 persons per studio or 2 persons per bedroom.

Your privacy is valued.  Personal information is not shared, sold or transferred to any third parties and we do not use the information in any other manner other than to apply to our residential housing.
